Celle-ci applique souvent un taux d&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat suppl\u00e9mentaire de 0,5 % en sus du taux du march\u00e9. Cela compense en partie le manque \u00e0 gagner sur votre pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent pr\u00eat.<\/p>\n<p>Si vous refinancez <strong>aupr\u00e8s d\u2019une autre banque (refinancement externe)<\/strong>, attendez-vous \u00e0 des frais suppl\u00e9mentaires. Tout d&rsquo;abord, vous devez passer par un notaire. Le pr\u00eat hypoth\u00e9caire aupr\u00e8s de votre ancienne banque doit \u00eatre remplac\u00e9 par un acte notari\u00e9, une d\u00e9marche co\u00fbteuse.
