De nombreux jeunes acheteurs seront ainsi exclus du march\u00e9. Rien n&rsquo;a chang\u00e9. Actuellement, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vlaanderen.be\/statistiek-vlaanderen\/energie\/energiescore-van-bestaande-woningen\">\u00e0 peine un logement sur dix satisfait \u00e0 cette norme<\/a>. Il reste donc 25 ans Afin que tous les autres atteignent la classe \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique A.<\/li>\n<li>Si vous voulez une nouvelle cuisine maintenant, serez-vous pr\u00eat \u00e0 refaire le sol dans cinq ans pour installer une pompe \u00e0 chaleur et un chauffage au sol ? Ou camper chez vous si le toit doit \u00eatre enlev\u00e9 ? Mieux vaut <strong>commencer les r\u00e9novations par les choses qui comptent<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>La banque devient progressivement plus stricte que l&rsquo;\u00c9tat. Si vous vous engagez \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer votre score \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique, vous obtiendrez un <strong>meilleur pr\u00eat<\/strong>. La banque ne souhaite en effet pas que la valeur de votre maison diminue.<\/li>\n<li>R\u00e9nover permet aussi de <strong>faire des \u00e9conomies sur sa facture d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie<\/strong>.
