Ce n&rsquo;est <b>pas un pr\u00eat hypoth\u00e9caire<\/b>, car vous ne donnez aucune maison en garantie. Ni la v\u00f4tre, ni celle de vos parents. Et pourtant, ce n&rsquo;est <b>pas un simple cr\u00e9dit \u00e0 la consommation<\/b>, comme un pr\u00eat pour une voiture, car il est bel et bien li\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;achat de la maison. Pour le souscrire, vous devez donc pr\u00e9senter le compromis de vente et la banque s&rsquo;assure que l&rsquo;argent est bien utilis\u00e9 pour le bien immobilier.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;avantage par rapport \u00e0 un autre cr\u00e9dit \u00e0 la consommation ? Ce pr\u00eat est <b>moins cher<\/b>. Vos parents paieront, par exemple, 5 % d&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat pour un pr\u00eat de 20 000 euros sur 5 ans, alors qu&rsquo;un simple cr\u00e9dit \u00e0 la consommation aurait un taux d&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat qui avoisinerait rapidement les <b>10 %<\/b>.
