En r\u00e9sum\u00e9 ? L&rsquo;enveloppe des subventions pour les r\u00e9novations \u00e9co\u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques a diminu\u00e9. Pour certaines interventions, vous recevrez moins ou plus du tout de soutien. Seuls les revenus les plus faibles s&rsquo;en sortent mieux.<\/p>\n<p data-sourcepos=\"7:1-7:245\">Le raisonnement du gouvernement flamand est clair. Puisqu&rsquo;il y a moins \u00e0 distribuer, l&rsquo;argent devrait \u00eatre allou\u00e9 \u00e0 ceux qui en ont le plus besoin. En d&rsquo;autres termes : les personnes \u00e0 revenus \u00e9lev\u00e9s recevront moins, les plus bas recevront plus.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n<section\n\tclass=\"b-block b-editor text-left\"\n\taria-labelledby=\"block_778f8cf7c41395e07aba12fec307d301-title\"\n>\n\t<div class=\"container\">\n\t\t<div class=\"row justify-content-center\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"col \">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"row\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"col mb-4\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2 id=\"block_778f8cf7c41395e07aba12fec307d301-title\">Qu&rsquo;est-ce qui change ?<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"row mb-4\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"col\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"intro text-primary\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-sourcepos=\"11:1-11:517\">Ceux qui effectuent des <strong>r\u00e9novations \u00e9co\u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques<\/strong> peuvent, via <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vlaanderen.be\/premies-voor-renovatie\/mijn-verbouwpremie\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Mijnverbouwpremie<\/strong><\/a>, r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer une partie du montant de la facture. La Flandre utilise un syst\u00e8me de r\u00e9partition bas\u00e9 sur les revenus. Jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, il y avait trois groupes cibles pour les revenus \u00e9lev\u00e9s, moyens et faibles. Le changement le plus important est l&rsquo;ajout d&rsquo;un <strong>quatri\u00e8me groupe cible<\/strong> pour ceux qui gagnent tr\u00e8s peu (moins de 24 230 euros de revenu annuel brut pour une personne seule ou moins de 36 340 euros pour un couple).<\/p>\n<p data-sourcepos=\"13:1-13:63\">Voici les nouveaux pourcentages de remboursement des factures :<\/p>\n<ul data-sourcepos=\"15:3-19:0\">\n<li data-sourcepos=\"15:3-15:67\"><strong>Groupe 1<\/strong> (revenus les plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s) passe de 35 % \u00e0 <strong>20 %<\/strong><\/li>\n<li data-sourcepos=\"16:3-16:58\"><strong>Groupe 2<\/strong> (revenus moyens) passe de 35 % \u00e0 <strong>25 %<\/strong><\/li>\n<li data-sourcepos=\"17:3-17:51\"><strong>Groupe 3<\/strong> (revenus faibles) reste \u00e0 <strong>35 %<\/strong><\/li>\n<li data-sourcepos=\"18:3-19:0\"><strong>Groupe 4<\/strong> (nouveau groupe pour les revenus les plus bas) re\u00e7oit <strong>50 %<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-sourcepos=\"20:1-20:455\">Dans quel groupe \u00eates-vous ? Cela d\u00e9pend de vos revenus et du fait que vous viviez en couple ou ayez des enfants \u00e0 charge. La cat\u00e9gorie \u00ab\u00a0r\u00e9novation int\u00e9rieure\u00a0\u00bb dispara\u00eet. Vous ne recevrez donc plus de prime pour un nouvel escalier, un plafond ou de nouveaux murs int\u00e9rieurs. La prime pour les chauffe-eau solaires est supprim\u00e9e, mais vous recevrez toujours de l&rsquo;argent pour les pompes \u00e0 chaleur et les chauffe-eau \u00e0 pompe \u00e0 chaleur. Vous trouverez plus de d\u00e9tails <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vlaanderen.be\/premies-voor-renovatie\/mijn-verbouwpremie\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>par cat\u00e9gorie sur le site du gouvernement flamand<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p data-sourcepos=\"28:1-28:384\">Les nouvelles r\u00e8gles entrent en vigueur le 1er juillet\u2026 mais le <a href=\"https:\/\/authenticatie.vlaanderen.be\/stb\/html\/ssologin\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>guichet en ligne<\/strong><\/a> fermera imm\u00e9diatement. Le gouvernement utilisera juillet et ao\u00fbt pour impl\u00e9menter techniquement le nouveau syst\u00e8me. Vous ne pourrez donc soumettre votre demande selon les nouvelles r\u00e8gles qu&rsquo;\u00e0 partir du 1er septembre 2025. Et r\u00e9nover co\u00fbte cher.
